Beacon Ridge, a Choice Community, is a not-for-profit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Indiana, PA. Our community of care strives to meet the diverse and changing needs of the people it serves. Our experienced staff uses an individualized, goal-oriented approach for each person. There are no restricted hours for visiting. Children and pets are encouraged to visit as well.
Our compassionate and experienced nursing staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants provides 24 / 7 care.
